LEVELSTATE TYPE 802 PROBE

100% compatible and interchangeable

The Drumline Levelststep DL802 probe is 100% interchangeable and compatible with the OEM Levelstate Type 802 probe. These ultra high quality United Kingdom designed and manufactured Levelstatep probes have been supplied for over 10 years. Levelstate Systems Type 802 probe is a high-pressure 15mm compression fit probe used in the Type 502 water column. The 802 probe is rated at 207 bar and 370 degrees C.

Levelstate now manufacture mainly for the Indian market, where most of their products are now manufactured. The DL801 is a better quality probe than the Levelstate 802, but is virtually identical in design and specification.

All Drumline Ltd Levelstep probes are manufactured to the highest standards in the UK using stainless steel to zirconia (or ZTA) vacuum brazing. All materials are carefully selected to minimise The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) differences within the materials. This leads to a more reliable brazed joint. All probes have the brazed joints gilded to add an extra degree of protection. 

Multi-Probe Electronic Level Indicator -  Electronic boiler drum level monitoring equipment and electronic single or multipoint level switches use vacuum-brazed conductivity based level probes to provide the sensing element of the system. These are typically constructed from stainless stee and a brazed zirconia insulator (Zirconia toughened Alumina being another option for higher temperatures). There are numerous drum level indicators in the world and typically they charge a premium price for replacement level probes. Drumline probes are the same construction and materials, but are priced at more realistic levels, which are between 50% and 500% lower than the OEMS.
