The Questtec Solutions Level-Trac QTLT-PR872-CRFG is a copy of the Clark Reliance RF031BRZRK High-Pressure probe / Electrode. This is manufactured by a third party for Questtec Solutions.
The Clark Reliance RF031BRZRK probe is a brazed zirconia insulator based probe used in their ELF3000 water column. It uses gaskets and compression to form the seal between the metal and the zirconia. Drumline would never recommend this type of design for reliability reasons. The stated maximum rating is 3000 psi (207 bar) @ 370 degrees C (695 F).
Drumline recommends the use of its DLRF031BRZRK as an upgrade for the Clark Reliance Probe. The DLRF031BRZRK is a brazed Zirconia probe that uses a spiral wound stainless steel and graphite gasket, instead of the cheaper gaskets used by Clark Reliance.
The DLRF031BRZRK is a direct upgrade for the Clark Reliance RF031RK. Clark Reliance probes are extremely expensive at nearly $900 each and $25 for gaskets. Drumline can offer a better product at a much more realistic price.
