Drumline Levelstep DLRTV020RK
Fossil Power Systems 9300-0015
The Fossil Power Systems 9300-0015 probe is a compression seal PTFE insulator based probe that is a replacement for the Clark Reliance RV020RK. The stated maximum rating is 1000 psi (69 bar) @ 285 degrees C (545 F).
The proper maximum temperature for PTFE is 260 Degrees C and we do not recommend using it above this temperature. Drumline recommends the use of the Levelstep DLRTV020RK as an upgrade for the Clark Reliance Probe. The DLRTV020RK is a brazed Zirconia probe with a tough bearing grade PTFE coating. It uses a spiral wound stainless steel and graphite gasket, instead of the cheaper gaskets used by Clark Reliance. The Drumline Levelstep has a pressure rating of 150 bar because our PTFE probes are based on our brazed zirconia design.
The DLRTV020RK is a direct upgrade for both the Clark Reliance RT020RK and the RV020RK. Clark Reliance probes are extremely expensive at nearly $350 each and $25 for gaskets. Drumline can offer a better product at a much more realistic price.
All Drumline Ltd Levelstep probes are manufactured to the highest standards in the UK using stainless steel to zirconia (or ZTA) vacuum brazing. All materials are carefully selected to minimise the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) differences between the materials. This leads to a more reliable brazed joint. All probes have the brazed joints gilded to add an extra degree of protection. Every probe in helium leak tested after brazing, ensuring that even the tiniest imperfections in the braze joint are identified.
