Yarway Colorport GAUGE MODEL NO 4571

The Yarway GAUGE MODEL NO 4591 to 4595 uses the 923321 port kits is the port kit. The DL3300 is a direct replacement for this kit. Our Port Kits are 100% interchangeable.

Drumline Ltd manufactures a range of high-quality port kits for Levelstate, Cesare Bonetti, Yarway, Fossil, BHEL, and Narvik Yarway Bi Color Direct View Water Level Gauges. All our kits use only the correct high density Aluminosilicate glass, quality Ruby Mica, graphite gaskets and 316 stainless steel covers. This provides a very high quality product that is equal to or better than the OEM parts. Drumline endeavours to maintain a stock of every kit, and at very competitive prices. Drumline laser cut all our own gaskets, so we know they are far better quality than a lot of the gaskets supplied with similar kits.

KIT CONTENTS

Each kit contains 1 x high density Aluminosilicate glass, 1 x stainless steel glass cover, 1 x ruby mica protective disc, 2 x graphite gaskets.

HIGH DENSITY ALUMINOSILICATE GLASS

Aluminosilicate glass comes in different densities. Always ensure that you supplier can prove the density of the glass used in their kits. Standard density glass is cheaper and weaker.

Aluminosilicate glass may be used:

in applications with saturated steam or in an alkaline medium:
maximum operating temperature - up to 400 °C
maximum working pressure - up to 220 bar
Used in conjunction with Mica shield for gauge glass applications

GASKETS

Drumline uses high quality laser cut graphite gaskets and ones formed with precision moulds in all its kits. Graphite gaskets ensure a better and more forgiving seal over metal or paper gaskets.

Drumline uses Indian Ruby mica protective discs in all port kits

SPRING RETAINING CLIP

Drumline is able to supply the star shaped Spring Retaining clip that is used to centralise the port kit in the gauge port.
