PROBES PLUS CROSS REFERENCE CONDUCTIVITY PROBES

Levelstep brand of direct replacement conductivity level probes offers an upgrade on the original manufacturers equipment. Our range of level probes offers an upgrade over the models sold by Probes Plus. Drumline offers a better quality product as prices are considerably lower than Probes Plus.

Probes Plus uses Lower quality and less reliable Alumina insulators in many of its probes. Probes Plus also use a very old fashioned method of construction, where parts are compressed together, relying on a taper between parts to create a seal. This method also has to rely on continued tension on the nut and stud to hold the seal together. Temperature variations cause weakness, this is why no other companies use this technique anymore. Drumline only uses vacuum brazed Zirconia insulators for longer and more reliable life.
